Description: An experimental fork of 'stringr'. The functions and
        semantics are the same, apart from differences between 'ICU'
        and Unicode versions, but everything is optimized around
        'ALTREP' strings (custom high-performance string storage),
        allowing for faster and more efficient operation.

        'stringr' package are copyright (c) 2023 stringr authors;
        current upstream metadata identifies Hadley Wickham and Posit
        Software, PBC as copyright holders. Those portions are used

        is copyright (c) 2013-2025 Marek Gagolewski and is used under
        the BSD 3-Clause License. Bundled ICU4C 78.3 source code and
        data are copyright (c) 2016-2025 Unicode, Inc., with additional
        holders and terms identified in ICU's third-party notices,
        under the Unicode License v3 and the applicable component
        licenses. The source package includes LICENSE.note; installed
